Drill stand incl. ring penetrometer

The hardness of the fruit is measured with the penetrometer. This meter can be used manually. In practice, it often turns out that measuring errors are made in this way. Pushing the plunger into the pulp too quickly will result in an incorrect measurement value. With a penetrometer placed in a drill stand, the measurement error is much smaller. The plunger is now gradually pushed into the fruit.

The drill stand comes with a special ring. This allows the penetrometer to be secured in the drill stand.
