Lugol

We use LUGOL (an iodine solution) to determine the starch turnover. It is quite often associated with tampering and overuse of LUGOL. It is much better by distributing the liquid with a spray can with a spray nozzle. After pressurizing the LUGOL, it can be sprayed over the cut fruit.
